In the regulation of genes concerning essential metabolite biosynthesis or transport, riboswitches, RNA structures, play a role. An observational study, utilizing data from an online panel focused on the adult Jewish population within Israel, gathered before the April 2019 national elections, involved a sample size of 1369 participants. Using the 6-item Adult ADHD Self-Report (ASRS-6), an assessment of ADHD symptoms was conducted. In order to evaluate political participation (traditional and digital), news consumption practices, and attitudinal factors, structured questionnaires were used as a data collection tool. A previously reported patient with a predisposition to leukemia (GATA2 deficiency) harbored a germline GATA2 variant, which introduced an insertion of nine amino acids between the two zinc fingers (9aa-Ins). Within a genetic rescue system built with Gata2 enhancer-mutant hematopoietic progenitor cells and utilizing genomic technologies, we conducted mechanistic analyses to compare the genome-wide functions of GATA2 and 9aa-Ins.
